LICENSE FOR THE USE OF SPACE WITH RIO VERDE FIRE DISTRICT Approve a License for the Use of Real Property between the Rio Verde Fire District and Maricopa Co unty on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office that permits MCSO to have dedicated office space at the new Rio Verde FD station/Public Safety Building located at 17619 E. Rio Verde Dr. Rio Verde, AZ 85263. The Rio Verde community is located in unincorporated Mari copa County. With increased population and continuous growth, it would be mutually beneficial to have office space available for MCSO in responding to calls for service. No prisoners will be permitted in the facility. This is a non-financial agreement. T his agreement is effective retroactive to October 25, 2022 or upon opening of new station whichever is earliest and continues through December 31, 2030. This agreement may be cancelled at any time after at least 30 days written or emailed notice to the oth er party. (C-50-23-087-X-00)
