15. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS Approve the one-time addition to fleet of red-lined vehicle #311407, a 2014 Ford Expedition, VIN 1FMJU1G51EEF15031, with 118,724 miles. This vehicle will be assigned to Lower Buckeye Jail for use of transporting staff to various training's, meetings, and day to day operations for the Lower Buckeye Jail. This vehicle will replace vehicle number #11614, a 2006 Crown Victoria, that is being decommissioned due to multiple mechanical issues and poor condition due to age and use. The annual operating expense for this vehicle is expected to be $5,000 and will be absorbed by the Detention Fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention fund for replacement. Also approve an exemption from markings for this vehicle.
