20. ADDITION TO FLEET - RICO FORFEITURE Approve a one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO vehicle fleet. This vehicle was seized during an MCSO investigation and has been forfeited to the State under Order of Forfeiture (CV2022-001331), filed 5/10/2022. It is valued at approximately $16,246 and will be used by MCSO for special investigative purposes. This vehicle will be retired from the fleet when it is no longer useful and disposed of according to RICO guidelines with no funding from the General Fund for replacement. Annual operations to be supported by the RICO Fund (212). Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover Arizona registrations and license plates. (C-50-23-163-X-00)
