TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION FOR PROJECT SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAM - FFY2023 FUNDING Approve the termination of, and return of money to, the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission for grant award Project Safe Neighborhood Program, Agreement Number PSN-23-005 in the amount of $21,999 due to change in the grant terms that MCSO in unable to satisfy. Also approve the use of General Funds to pay $11,074.33 in related grant expenditures that were incurred prior to the change in grant terms. (C-50-23-193-X-01)
