20. FY 2024 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR AXON CONTRACT Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2024 budget: 1. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Sheriff’s Office (D500) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $290,377. 2. Increase the expenditure authority in the Sheriff’s Office (D500) General Fund (100) Compliance (MEL0) budget by $413,740. 3. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) budget in the line “MCSO Axon Contract Contingency” by $123,363. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
