17. PERMANENT ADDITIONS TO FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS FOR K9 UNIT Approve 3 permanent additions to fleet of County vehicles, 1) #3122132, a 2022 Ford F250 XLT Crew Cab 4WD estimated purchase cost of $141,684.61; 2) #322354, a 2023 Chevy Tahoe SUV 4WD estimated purchase cost of $97,039.40; and 3) #712316, a 2023 Ford Explorer AWD 4X4 SUV estimated purchase cost of $97,812.23. These vehicles will be used by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) K9 unit costs include upgrades needed for the K9 unit to maintain and keep vehicle cool for the canines. Also, approve exemption from markings for all 3 vehicles. A total purchase price of $336,536.24 from General Fund (100) to purchase these vehicles and support annual operations that is estimated to be $5,000 per vehicle a total of $15,000 per year.
