30. ONE TIME ADDITIONS TO RICO FLEET Approve two one-time additions to the Sheriff's RICO vehicle fleet of a 2016 GMC Denali pick-up truck, valued at approximately $26,753 and 2021 Pace American Utility Trailer PSABA8.5 X 20TE2FE, valued at approximately $8,000. This vehicle and trailer were seized during an MCSO investigation and has been ordered by the Court for forfeiture. The vehicle and trailer will be used by MCSO Special Investigations Division and both will be retired from the fleet when no longer useful, with no funding from the General Fund for replacement. The annual operating cost is anticipated to be $5,000 each for a total of $10,000. Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover Arizona registrations and license plates.
