FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARING AGREEMENT Approve the FY 2025-26 Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and FY 2025 Annual Certification Report between the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (agency) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Department of Justice. This report accounts for federal equitable sharing funds received from the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the U.S. Department of Justice. The term of this agreement commences October 1, 2025 and expires September 30, 2026. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign all documents related to the certification report and agreement. (C-50-26-011-X-00)
