MOU WITH UNITED STATES SECRET SERVICE Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the United States Secret Service (USSS) allowing MCSO to join the U.S. Secret Service Arizona Cyber Fraud Task Force (AZCFTF). This MOU becomes effective with the signatures of both parties and remains in effect until terminated by mutual agreement of MCSO and the USSS or upon 30 day written notice by either party. This MOU allows the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to request reimbursement of payment of overtime costs and other expenses directly related to work performed by its employee(s) assigned to assist the Secret Service Cyber Fraud Task Force in conducting official investigations.
