IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS REHABILITATION AND RE-ENTRY FOR TRAINING DIVISION FACILITY USAGE Approve Intergovernmental Agreement with Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Re-Entry (ADCRR) and Maricopa County Sheriff Office (MCSO) for use of the MCSO Training Facility located at 2627 S. 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009. ADCRR facility usage will include access to the auditorium, a classroom, and a large break room, subject to written approval from the Training Division's administration or coordinator. This IGA initial term is retroactive to March 1, 2025 thru February 28, 2027. It may be cancelled at any time with notice to either party with or without cause. This IGA permits AZDCRR to utilize Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Training facility to have a place to meet and facilitate meetings and training sessions for ADCRR staff and constituents.
