35. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve a one-time addition to fleet purchase from ECO Concepts of a 20’ Trailer with “minimal markings”. This trailer will be assigned to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Property and Evidence Division. The total annual operating expense for this trailer is expected to be $1,000 and will be absorbed by the General Fund. This trailer is a one-time addition to the fleet and will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention fund for replacement.
