34. MOU WITH BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES Approve an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). This MOU will allow MCSO access to ATF’s e-trace system which allows necessary utilities for submitting, retrieving, storing and querying firearms related information. This MOU is effective on the date of the last signature by parties and will remain in effect for an unspecified time. (C-50-26-092-X-00)
