32. IGA WITH PINAL COUNTY FOR SWORN ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and Pinal County (PCSO) regarding Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Sworn Academy. Through June 30, 2026, the cost per PCSO recruit will be $750. Effective July 1, 2026, the rate per recruit will increase to $1,500. This IGA is effective retroactive to May 1, 2026 with the initial term ending April 30, 2028 and when signed by the parties. Following the initial term, it will automatically renew for up to two, one-year terms unless canceled or terminated. This Agreement can be amended by mutual written consent by authorized parties and can be terminated with a 30-day written notice of termination. (C-50-26-093-X-00)
