33. IGA WITH SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY FOR SWORN BASIC TRAINING ACADEMY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (Salt River PMIC) regarding the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Sworn Basic Training Academy. This Agreement allows Salt River PMIC law enforcement recruits to participate in scheduled MCSO Sworn Basic Training Academies at a cost of $750 per recruit through June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2026, the per recruit cost will increase to $1,500. The term is effective retroactive to January 1, 2026, and when signed by all parties through December 31, 2028, plus two, one-year automatic renewals. (C-50-26-094-X-00)
