110. TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF RETIRING K-9 SPIKE Approve the transfer of ownership of retiring K-9, Spike #K162, to Deputy Allmon #S2165. Spike is no longer suited for service, and Deputy Allmon would like to adopt him. Deputy Allmon will accept full care and financial responsibility for Spike upon adoption and will be asked to sign the Canine Release and Indemnification.
