45. MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH FORT MCDOWELL YAVAPAI NATION FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE Approve a mutual aid agreement between the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation and Maricopa County for mutual protection and assistance in law enforcement. This Agreement allows the Sheriff’s Office and the Nation to cooperate and assist each other when requested so long as the request does not conflict with officer or deputy duties. This is a non-financial Agreement. Each party is responsible for its own costs and liability. The term of this Agreement is effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029. This Agreement may be cancelled or terminated by either party at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice sent by registered or certified mail. (C-50-27-036-X-00)
