14. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7276 WITH WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the first Amendment to Office Lease No. L-7276 with Wells Fargo Bank, National Associations, Landlord, to extend the expiration date of the Lease three months to December 31, 2013 and to authorize Landlord to remove the County’s voice-data wiring/cabling from the Premises and restore the Premises upon removal of the cabling/wiring. The rent expense during the three-month term extension is projected at $81,250 per month plus the applicable 2.6% tax for a total of $250,087.50. Additional O&M expenses are estimated to be $37,030.39. The one-time cost to the County for Landlord’s removal of wiring/cabling at the Premises and restoration of the Premises plus applicable 2.6% service tax is estimated to be $6,800.14.
