36. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7256 WITH SAIA FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to Lease No. L-7256 with SAIA Family Limited Partnership, an Arizona limited partnership, for the property located at 777 West Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term of the lease agreement. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2017. Amendment No. 3 will extend the term of the existing lease for forty-eight months. The new lease term will begin July 1, 2013 and expire June 30, 2017, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. The monthly base rent during the initial lease-year of the renewal term is $14,157.13 ($18.50/s.f. per year) plus rental tax and increases in expenses above the base year. The base rent will increase by $0.25 per square foot annually. (C-52-03-004-4-02)
