21. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING CHANGE OF LESSOR FOR OFFICE OF LEGAL ADVOCATE LEASE L-7371 Approve the Administrative Informational Notice to Office of Legal Advocate, Lease Agreement No. L-7371 with Pacific Office Properties Trust/3800 North Central, LLC for the leased facility located at 3800 N. Central Ave., Suites 1400, 1500, and 1650, Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of this notice is to reflect the change in the building’s ownership from Pacific Office Properties Trust/3800 North Central, LLC to AG-POP CS 3800 Owner, LLC. Effective May 2, 2011 all notices required to be given in writing and all rent payments shall be sent to Lessor at: Pacific Office Management, Inc., Attention: General Manager/Property Manager, 3838 N. Central Ave., Suite 620, Phoenix, AZ 85012, (602) 287-6800. All other terms and conditions of the current lease agreement remain in full force and effect. As such, this is an informational notice.
