20. LEASE L-7437 WITH PHOENIX MIDTOWN CENTER LIMITED LP FOR USE OF OFFICE SPACE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Lease L-7437 with Phoenix Midtown Center Limited LP (Lessor) for use of approximately 2,568 rentable square feet of office space at 3443 N. Central Avenue, Suite 706, in Phoenix, AZ. The subject lease term will be for twelve months beginning July 1, 2012. The monthly rental fee will be $2,500 (inclusive of tax). The County will have the right to hold over on a month-to-month basis for up to 3 months. The intended occupant of the subject leased space is the Post Conviction Unit of the Public Advocate’s Office. (C-56-12-006-3-00)
