19. SOLE SOURCE AGREEMENT WITH INFOR FOR CLOVERLEAF SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT USED FOR THE INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM (ICJIS) INTEGRATION ENGINE Approve a sole source agreement with Infor for three years, renewable for three additional years for annual maintenance and support of the Cloverleaf Software used for the Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) Integration Engine. Maintenance and support is estimated to cost up to $49,000 annually. Funding is in the ICJIS budget (Jail Tax Funds). Create a sole source agreement with Infor to use their proprietary software application used to operate the Integration Engine for data exchanges used by the law enforcement and justice agencies. The department has twelve years of infrastructure and interface implementations developed on this platform and they rely heavily on this software for core operations. Maintenance for the software system is estimated to cost $49,000 annually. For the next three years: $147,000 from FY12-FY13 through FY14-15. (C-56-13-005-3-00)

42. 12145-SS, ICJIS INTEGRATION ENGINE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE Authorize and approve the renewal of a Sole Source Contract with INFOR (US), Inc. for 3 years until April 30, 2019 and increase the expenditure authority of the Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (420) by $215,000 from $147,000 to $362,000. This contract provides the maintenance and support of the software application, Cloverleaf, used to operate the integration engine for data exchanges used by law enforcement and justice agencies.
