29. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR CAPITAL CASE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, approve the following transfer of FY 2013 expenditure authority: $200,000 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Operating (0001) General Contingency (4711) to the “Arias Case” line within Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Operating (0001) Miscellaneous Services (4724). These monies will be used to cover the costs associated with a capital murder case for which outside counsel was appointed by a Superior Court judge. Costs in the current fiscal year have exceeded budgeted amounts due to increased trial expenses and length of trial. (C-56-13-010-M-00)
