26. EXEMPTION FROM VEHICLE GOVERNMENTAL DECALS AND PLATES FOR ONE VEHICLE FOR OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-538-03 and §28-2511(A), approve the issuance of non-governmental license plates and exemption from county markings for one vehicle (#211302) assigned to the Office of the Public Defender (2013 Ford Focus). This vehicle will be used primarily for felony case investigation, witness interviews, and crime scene investigation. The nature of these activities requires the vehicles be unmarked. A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers is kept on file with the Clerk of the Board. (C-56-13-013-V-00)
