48. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for George Stephen Ballance, an unclassified IS Project Manager (Sr/Lead), effective July 1, 2014. If approved, this ECP agreement will adjust his leave accrual rate to a Schedule 1 Leave Accrual Rate and authorize a deposit of 63.25 hours of vacation leave and 0 hours of sick leave into the leave balances of George Stephen Ballance effective July 1, 2014.
