47. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for John Randall Barrett, an unclassified Director – Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS), effective July 1, 2014. If approved, this ECP agreement will adjust his leave accrual rate to a Schedule 1 Leave Accrual Rate and authorize a deposit of 39.75 hours of vacation leave and 0 hours of sick leave into the leave balances of John Randall Barrett effective July 1, 2014.
