88. FY2021 PUBLIC FIDUCIARY MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Per A.R.S. § 42-17106(B) authorize the following transfer of expenditure authority within the FY 2021 budget: 1.) Increase Public Fiduciary (D340) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $92,773. 2.) Decrease the Assistant County Manager – 940 (D940) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $92,773. Direct the Budget Office to increase the Public Fiduciary (D340) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) FY 2022 Baseline Budget by $80,772 and decrease the Assistant County Manager – 940 (D940) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) FY 2022 Baseline Budget by $80,722. These budget adjustments will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. This adjustment will fund a Paralegal Supervisor, Senior Fiduciary Estate Administrator and Licensing Fees.
