26. AMENDMENT TO EVENTS CENTER DONATION AGREEMENT Approve Amendment No. 1 to a Revenue Agreement between Sundome Performing Arts Association and Maricopa County through the Events Center in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,059,000 plus interest. The purpose of this amendment is to return donated funds to the Sundome Performing Arts Association as the County is no longer in control of the Events Center that was returned to Arizona State University. This amendment is effective from date of Board approval. All other terms and conditions of the Revenue Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-62-07-001-1-01)
