60. AMENDMENT TO FOREST ROAD AGREEMENT WITH THE USDA FOREST SERVICE Approve Amendment No. 2 to the USDA Forest Service – Forest Road Agreement with Maricopa County Department of Transportation. The original Agreement was entered into the 12th day of July, 2006, and the First Amendment, entered on the 28th day of February, 2007, under C-64-06-251-0-01. The sole purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to revise “Schedule A” of the Agreement. There is no financial impact to this Amendment. The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to only revise Schedule A of the Agreement. The road listed below will be removed from the Tonto National Forest, Forest Roads, Schedule A: 1. Road No. 20 – Needle Rock Road The following roads will be added to the Tonto National Forest, Forest Roads, Schedule A: 2. Road No. 205 Horseshoe Lake Road 3. Road No. 24.1 Cave Creek Road Supervisorial District No.: 2 (C-64-06-251-0-02)
