33. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE FOR RELOCATION OF THE APS FACILITIES ALONG NORTHERN PARKWAY PHASE II Approve the agreements between Maricopa County and Arizona Public Service (APS) in the amount of $1,142,465 for the relocation of the APS 12kV facilities in conflict with the MCDOT Transportation Improvement Program Project MAG ALCP, sub-project, TT347, Northern Parkway Phase II. In addition, authorize the County Transportation Director to approve any additional costs for APS relocation on this project up to $100,000 beyond the current requested amount, in the event additional costs are incurred. Previously the Board delegated to the Transportation Director the authority to enter into agreements with utility providers to relocate conflicting utility facilities on previously approved construction projects in the Maricopa County Transportation Improvement Program with a limit of $1,000,000 per utility provider.
