42. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO RITTENHOUSE ROAD AT 198TH STREET Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County (County) and the Town of Queen Creek (Queen Creek) for the improvements to Rittenhouse Road at 198th Street. The County’s cost share responsibility is $100,000. Funds are budgeted in the Public Works (910) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) Partnership Support (PSUP) Project, Sub-Project T003, Special Projects. This item was recommended by the Maricopa County Transportation Advisory Board on November 17, 2011 for inclusion in the FY2012 Transportation Advisory Board Special Project Fund (TAB-SPF). The improvements will include widening of the roadway to develop a westbound, center, left-turn lane at the intersection. The estimated total cost of the project is $177,500. The County’s cost share responsibility is $100,000. Queen Creek is the lead agency and is responsible for all remaining costs of the project. Supervisory District No. 1 (C-64-12-007-M-00)
