30. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE ANNEXATION (RIGHT OF WAY) BY THE CITY OF GOODYEAR (ORDINANCE NO. 12-1253) Approve an Administrative Correction to approve the annexation (Right-of-Way) by the City of Goodyear approved by the Board on May 9, 2012 (C-64-12-016-M-00). Subsequent to the County approval, the City re-recorded a correction to Ordinance No. 12-1253 on May 10, 2012 under 2012-0396296 to correct the date of the City adoption from March 27, 2012 to April 27, 2012 and was approved by the Board on July 25, 2012 (C-64-12-016-M-01). Subsequent to the County approval, the City re-recorded a second correction to Ordinance No. 12-1253 on September 6, 2012 under 2012-0803351 to correct the date of the City adoption from April 27, 2012 to February 27, 2012. This corrective action allows the corrected Ordinance No. 12-1253 to be included in the Maricopa County records. Supervisory District No. 4. (C-64-12-016-M-02). (C-64-12-016-M-02)
