I-1. RESOLUTION 1 - ARROYO NORTE UNIT 4 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Approve a resolution adopting plans for the Arroyo Norte Unit 4 Street Lighting Improvement District and declaring intention to enter into contract with the Arizona Public Service Company for purchase of electricity therefore. The Arroyo Norte Unit 4 Street Lighting Improvement District was organized by the Board of Supervisors on November 2nd, 2011. This action approves the street lighting plans and an agreement with the Arizona Public Service to provide power for lighting facilities (C-64-12-030-7-00)
