2. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO OCTOILLO ROAD FROM ARIZONA AVENUE TO MCQUEEN ROAD Approve the amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Chandler for improvements to Ocotillo Road from Arizona Avenue to McQueen Road. The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification on the existing work that is taking place by the City of Chandler in this project area. The amendment will allow the City to proceed with various work tasks as it relates to the construction of a waterline and other possible facilities associated with this project. All other terms of the original intergovernmental agreement will remain in effect. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-12-045-M-01)
