24. BID AND AWARD FOR THE FY2013 LOW VOLUME ROADS PROGRAM - 88TH AVE DUST MITIGATION Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's FY2013 Low Volume Roads Program, Dust Mitigation (DMIT) Project, Sub-Project Number T401, 88th Ave. from Deer Valley Rd. to Williams Rd.; and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project consists of paving 88th Ave. from Deer Valley Rd. to Williams Rd. (1/2 Mile). Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-027-5-00)
