23. BID AND AWARD FOR THE FY2013 LOW VOLUME ROADS PROGRAM - 17TH AVE DUST MITIGATION (DMIT) Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's FY2013 Low Volume Roads Program, Dust Mitigation (DMIT) Project, Sub-Project Number T397, 17th Ave. from Maddock Rd. to Joy Ranch Rd.; and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project consists of paving 17th Ave. from Maddock Rd. to Joy Ranch Rd. (1/2 Mile). Supervisory District No. 3 (C-64-13-028-5-00)
