19. CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES FOR DOVE VALLEY PARKWAY FEASIBILITY STUDY Approve Contract No. 2012-013, with Kimley-Horn & Associates, for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Dove Valley Parkway Feasibility Study (US60 to Hidden Waters Parkway), for a sum not to exceed three hundred eighty-four thousand four hundred seventy three dollars and no cents ($384,473). The Contract completion date shall be 365 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The Summary Procurement process was used in consultant selection. Six consulting firms were interviewed. Based upon the outcome of the interview process Kimley-Horn & Associates was selected for this study. Funding is available through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) Transportation Planning (TPLN) Project, Sub Project T005.
