23. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN WATER UTILITY OF GREATER TONOPAH, INC. AND MARICOPA COUNTY Approve the License Agreement (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County (“County”) and Water Utility of Greater Tonopah (WUGT) for the installation of a water tank on WUGT property. There is no fee for using the tank site. However, WUGT shall meter the amount of water used by the County and the County shall be responsible for the water it uses. Installation of a water tank at WUGT’s property is estimated to cost $20,000. Water usage and maintenance of the water tank are estimated to cost $11,000 each year. Funds are available in the Transportation Department’s Operating Budget for this project. The County desires to install, operate and maintain a Klein water tank (which includes installing a concrete pad and attaching a hose with a meter from the Klein water tank to the central water supply) (the “Permitted Use”) on a portion of WUGT’s property. WUGT is willing to grant the County a license to enter onto and use the installed tank for the Permitted Use. This Agreement shall begin on September 12, 2012 and shall expire on September 11, 2017.
