83. DISSOLUTION OF LIBERTY PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving the Liberty Park Improvement District in accordance with A.R.S. § 48-264. The district has been found inactive for at least five consecutive years and has no future purpose, and it has been determined there is no current indebtedness of the said improvement district. The domestic water facilities where not developed and therefore the District has no future purpose. The district is located in the vicinity of MC 85 and Jackrabbit Trail. (C-64-13-098-7-00)
