84. BID AND AWARD FOR RUBBERIZED BITUMINOUS SURFACE TREATMENT, FY2013 Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Rubberized Bituminous Surface Treatment, FY 2013, Work Order Number TTTMPO32. Approve the Award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of treating the existing road surfaces with a rubberized bituminous material. Replacement or installation of pavement delineation and other miscellaneous work items are required to complete the project. The project consists of approximately 97 lane miles (790,170 square yards) of road. Supervisory Districts No. 4 and 5 (C-64-13-105-5-00)
