51. BID AND AWARD FOR LANDSCAPE PROJECT FROM SARIVAL TO DYSART ON THE NORTHERN PARKWAY Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) MAG ALCP Projects (ALCP), sub-project T195 Northern Parkway for landscaping from Sarival to Dysart. Approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the bid does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The estimated bid date is June of 2013. The project construction contract time will be 171 working days. Construction is contingent on the Board approving the FY 2013-2014 Transportation Improvement Program. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-108-5-00)
