44. BID AND AWARD FOR THE FY2013 LOW VOLUME ROADS PROGRAM, DUST MITIGATION: 87TH AVENUE FROM DEER VALLEY ROAD TO 200' SOUTH OF VIA MONTOYA DRIVE Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's FY2013 Low Volume Roads Program, Dust Mitigation (DMIT) Project, Sub-Project Number T400; 87th Ave from Deer Valley Rd to 200’ south of Via Montoya Dr.; and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project consists of paving 1/4 mile of 87th Ave from Deer Valley Rd to 200’ south of Via Montoya Dr. (Peoria City Limits). Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-115-5-00)
