45. BID AND AWARD FOR THE FY2013 LOW VOLUME ROADS PROGRAM, DUST MITIGATION: 87TH AVENUE FROM 200' SOUTH OF VIA MONTOYA DRIVE TO WILLIAMS ROAD Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's FY2013 Low Volume Roads Program, Dust Mitigation (DMIT) Project, Sub-Project Number T403; 87th Ave from 200’ south of Via Montoya Dr to Williams Rd and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The project consists of paving 1/4 mile of 87th Ave from 200’ south of Via Montoya Dr (Peoria City Limits) to Williams Rd. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-117-5-00)
