54. BID AND AWARD FOR THE FY2014 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: EL MIRAGE ROAD, BELL TO PICERNE INTERSECTIONS Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Roadway Improvement Project MAG ALCP Program (ALCP), sub-project T341 El Mirage Road, Bell to Picerne, and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. The purpose of this project is complete the roadway improvements of El Mirage Road/ Bell Road intersection. Construction is contingent on approval of the FY2014 Budget.
