69. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR THE INTERIM IMPROVEMENTS TO PINNACLE PEAK ROAD Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Peoria (City) for the Interim Improvements to Pinnacle Peak Road. The City shall pay 100% of the costs for this project. Grace Community Church has approached the City and requested improvements for the roadway going to and from their church located on Pinnacle Peak Road from 107th Avenue to approximately 1,190 feet east of 107th Avenue. Currently, the roadway alignment is in unincorporated Maricopa County. The project consists of the City paving the roadway, along the Pinnacle Peak road alignment, to provide access to the church property (Project). After completion of the Project, the City shall annex the road. This Project is necessary to provide the church access to their property. The Agreement is necessary to formalize the City’s commitment to annex the road and to clarify permit arrangements. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-138-M-00)
