65. ANNEXATION (RIGHT OF WAY) BY THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK Approve an Administrative Correction to correct an item previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 24, 2013 (C-64-13-140-M-00). Ordinance 517-12 has been rescinded and this corrective action allows the revised Ordinance 531-13 to be included in the Maricopa County records. Supervisory District No. 1 Item C-64-13-140-M-00 was originally approved as Town of Queen Creek Ordinance 517-12. Ordinance 517-12 was the original adoption of an annexation ordinance that contained error in the legal description and exhibits. Town of Queen Creek chose to rescind the original Ordinance 517-12 and adopt a new corrected Ordinance identified as 531-13. Upon receiving the new Ordinance 517-12, the change from Ordinance 517-12 to Ordinance 531-13 was not reflected in Item C-64-13-140-M-00. (C-64-13-140-M-01)
