70. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR THE OLIVE AVENUE UNDERPASS AT NEW RIVER BRIDGE Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Peoria (City) for the Olive Avenue Underpass at New River Bridge in Peoria. The Agreement’s purpose is to assign maintenance, ownership, and liability responsibilities to the City for a box culvert underpass just west of the Olive Avenue Bridge at New River. The underpass, which has already been constructed by the City, is within the County’s jurisdiction. There is no cost to the County for this Project. This Project is necessary because it will ensure maintenance of the underpass as well as limit the County’s liability with respect to the structure. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-141-M-00)
