EXCESS LAND AND SALE OF EXCESS PARCELS: ESTRELLA ROADWAY PHASE 2 (HAPPY VALLEY PARKWAY) Approve as “Excess Land” and authorize sale of excess parcels X-0270-EX1 and X-0270-EX2 that are no longer needed for the original planned alignment of Estrella Roadway, Phase 2 (Happy Valley Parkway). This action impacts the available MCDOT excess land for sale in District 4. (C-64-13-143-M-00)

EXCESS PROPERTY SALE: ESTRELLA ROADWAY PHASE 2 Review and execute the Purchase Agreement and Escrow Instructions and the Special Warranty Deed for the sale of MCDOT excess property X-0270-EX, to successful bidder at the August 23rd 2018 public auction, QuikTrip Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation, purchaser for $252,000. Once executed by all parties, documents will be placed in escrow due to close on or before December 21st, 2018. MCDOT utilizes its Disposition Program on all excess properties to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information. This parcel was declared excess land on April 24, 2018 via agenda item C-64-13-143-M-00 and was sold at public auction at market value, as determined by appraisal. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-13-143-M-01)
