63. IGA WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO 91ST AVENUE FROM MC-85 (BUCKEYE ROAD) TO 1,302 FEET NORTH Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and the City of Tolleson (City) for Improvements to 91st Avenue from MC-85 (Buckeye Road) to 1,302 Feet North (Project). The Project is in the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project, Sub-Project T435. The Project consists of an asphalt rubber mill and resurface treatment of the northbound 1,302 foot section of 91st Avenue from MC-85 to just south of the railroad tracks. The County and the City shall coordinate regarding the most appropriate timing of the Project. The estimated Project cost is $45,000, which will be paid by the County. The City will annex the roadway after completion of the Project but not before the County completes work on an adjoining project, MC-85 at 83rd Avenue and center turn lane expansion.
