87. CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ON CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING & DESIGN SERVICES Approve Change Order No. 4 to Contract No. 2009-021 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in the amount of $233,834.00 for a revised total contract amount of $3,118,314.00. The Consultant was assigned Work Assignment D for MCDOT Project No. TT375, Riggs Road, Hawes Road to Ellsworth Road and Work Assignment F for the preparation of the Project Scoping Guidelines. In order to complete both Work Assignments, additional efforts and funding is required. Justification and a summary of the Consultant's additional services are outlined in the attached documentation.
