NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON WHISPERING OAKS DRIVE Approve new traffic controls (No, Stopping, Standing, Parking Anytime) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Whispering Oaks Drive from 130th Avenue to R.H. Johnson Boulevard (Both Sides). A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Conquistador Drive from R.H. Johnson Boulevard to Desert Glen Drive (Both Sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
